These Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") govern your relationship with http://www.fseap.ca website (the "Site") operated by FSEAP Canada (a program of Family Services Canada, and a licensed provider of FSEAP) ("us", "we", or "our"). These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors information about employee and family assistance programs and workplace support services offered by FSEAP Canada and health and well-being information for general educational purposes. The content on this site is not intended to replace the relationship that you may have with your health care professional and is not intended as medical advice. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless FSEAP Canada, its principals, officers, directors, representatives, employees, contractors, licensors, licensees, suppliers and agents, from and against any claims, losses, damages, losses, obligations, costs, actions or demands. If you breach any of these Terms and FSEAP Canada chooses not to immediately act, or chooses not to act at all, FSEAP Canada will still be entitled to all rights and remedies at any later date, or in any other situation, where you breach these Terms. FSEAP Canada does not waive any of its rights. FSEAP Canada shall not be responsible for any purported breach of these Terms caused by circumstances beyond its control. A person who is not a party to these Terms shall have no rights of enforcement.


You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms.

The use of any logos or marks appearing throughout this website without the prior written permission of the trademark owner, except as permitted by applicable law, is prohibited.

 

Exclusions
